I visited the Turnpike Lane Costa during a very busy lunch hour and was genuinely impressed by Sitra. She was working on her own yet remained calm, kind, and thoroughly professional. Her warm and positive attitude made a real difference. That said, I don’t believe it’s fair for her to be left alone during such a hectic period — she truly deserves support. This five-star review is solely and wholeheartedly for Sitra.
