I’ve been a customer of Super Pizza Bermondsey for a long time, but after my latest experience, I’ll never be ordering again. The service has gone completely downhill. When I called to ask about my order, the person on the phone was unbelievably rude—spoke over me the entire time, didn’t let me get a word in, and was just abrupt and dismissive before screaming I do not want to speak to you and hanging up. Clearly, he needs a serious lesson in customer service. It’s a shame because this place used to be great, but now it’s nothing like it used to be. At this point, I wouldn’t even bother asking for a refund because it’s obvious they’d rather serve subpar pizza, not deliver, and just pocket the money instead. I hope you enjoy the extra cash you’ve made because I’ll be filing a chargeback request and making sure everyoneknows about this awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs!
