I hadn't noticed there was a change of ownership until I had arrived at the shop. It's be rebranded but they still list themselves as my burger on delivery platforms. They told me that they still do the My Burger menu they've just changed owners and added more to the menu, so I thought I'd order. Hygiene is poor, I've seen the guy prepare with no gloves and casually touching different surfaces (not to mention scratch his face). Secondly the food is precooked and left in the fridge. Lastly it tasted awful, to the point I threw the food away after 2 bites. They use cheap chicken strips from the pound shop and charge premium pricing for a burger that doesn't meet the expected quality. Just to point out they had hardly any of the burger/wraps available expect for the chicken options. This place isn't what it was during COVID up until 2022. Not worth your time and money. If you want a halal McDonald's style meal, just go to Hungry Cow in East London which is worth the 20 min drive. I wouldn't recommend or return to this establishment.
