Unfortunately got two mini chicken burgers and a blaze chicken burger meal, Not realising as walking and eating texture felt funny so looked and chicken was undercooked and all pink looked more like gammon. Very disappointed won’t return binned what was left and actually expecting food poisoning as consumed enough unfortunately. ☹️

I had a very disappointing experience at Sam’s Chicken Acton. The shop was closed for walk-ins before the stated closing time, even though Google Maps showed they were still open. Staff told me I could only order via Uber Eats for pickup, which is more expensive. I ordered through the app, but it took about 20 minutes to get my food, and the staff were rude to me and even to Uber delivery drivers. When my order finally came, the peri peri salt was missing from my fries. I politely asked to add it and offered to pay the extra 25p, but they refused simply because I ordered via Uber Eats. I ended up not getting my food after all the waiting and arguments — a complete waste of time and an embarrassing experience after driving all the way there. Customer service was terrible and there was no care for customers at all. Not recommended
