I recently visited the McDonald’s in Acton and was left quite disappointed. While ordering was quick and straightforward, the wait to collect my food was unreasonably long for a fast-food restaurant. When my order was finally ready, the fries were clearly not fresh. They had been sitting out for too long, which made them soggy and cold. This took away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. I also noticed that some members of staff were not paying close attention to hygiene, which is concerning in a food environment. It would be good to see more focus on cleanliness and food quality.
