The place was pretty empty for a Friday night but tbf the whole area was. We ordered the wagyu brisket, short rib, mac and cheese and cajun fries, along with two burgers, the Oklahoma smash and the Chipotle Smash. The brisket was really really good! It was soft and melting away. Flavour was great. Just loved it. The Chipotle smash was a decent burger. Everything else lacked any flavour at all. Mac and cheese didn't even taste of cheese, that's quite an achievement. Short rib had no seasoning at all and didn't taste of a smoker either. The other smash burger was dull too. Service was sweet, we asked for some mustard and got I think a French mustard maybe which was really good to lift the dishes but sadly I won't be coming back. Well....maybe for the brisket.
