I come here every Saturday morning for a business meeting. I am usually served by the lady with pink hair. She is lovely and knows how to make a coffee. She doesn't do what Costa or other coffee shops do, which is to quickly add the coffee to boiling water. She will wait for 20 -30 seconds for the shots and water to cool and then adds the shots. The taste is never bitter as a result. I hope she doesn't leave as I don't know another barista in Ealing who really knows how to make a coffee that isn't bitter.

Staff always friendly and welcoming, even when busy. I particularly like the fact that the only music playing is quietly in the background and is classical. What a relief from most of the other options where there appears to be a concerted (no pun intended) effort to encourage customers to eat up and drink swiftly, so they can free up a table. Here, early morning when I typically use the place, it's peaceful and comfortable on the easy chairs and sofas provided. Every member of the staff here is kind to customers and always polite and I have witnessed their interaction with several more vulnerable customers from time to time. Great to see from a chain brand.
