Saw this advertised on Google as a 24 hour tea room. It's not. It's a hotel for guests only. Reception staff were friendly and apologetic, explained it was an honest mistake

My friend bought an afternoon tea for my birthday and it was so nice. The staff were very attentive and it had a calm atmosphere. The cakes on the top tier were divine but the middle tier seemed shop-bought. The sandwiches were a little too small also. Overall it was lovely.

I visited today when my friend for afternoon tea and it couldn't have been nicer! The food was lovely, with a large selection of items, and the staff were delightful, very welcoming, kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this lovely venue where customers are looked after very well. Thank you to all the staff who made today so special.
