I have been to many Pret in London, and this branch is very lovely. The team leaders, Annudupeeka and Sidona, all provide excellent customer service. The toilet is very clean, and the hygiene is very good. Pret food is always good, and the coffee is amazing.

Love it. Great toast and coffee. One weird thing - why all junkies and homeless people just came inside, took whatever they want and go out without any reaction from the staff???
