The Original Margherita (No. 2) – classic tomato, mozzarella and basil combo. The sourdough base was chewy with those charred blisters around the edge, and the tomato sauce had a bright, clean tang. So simple, so good. Menu has enough variety without being overwhelming, and the sourdough is clearly the star—fermented for 24+ hours for that signature Franco Manca bite.
