Used to have excellent pastries. Have been slipping for months though. Formerly the best chausson aux pommes in London, worth travelling for, before changing the recipe earlier this year. Now it's rubbish. This is the case with several items now and it feels they are relying more on overpriced instagram-friendly pastries than the top quality products they used to do. Coffee and service are good though. -edit- The owners response says I disrespect staff when my review clearly says the staff were good. On reading other responses by the owners I would suggest they drop the aggressively defensive posturing and address the route cause of negative reviews. In my case it is the change in recipes and business tact, not the quality of the staff (kitchen nor foh)
