Popped in (again) last night. Fabulous restaurant. Oysters are amazing. Particularly the buffalo oysters. We had the cod as a main. Spectacular. The mackerel and mushrooms were superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit.

It was quiet when we visited on a Thursday evening. Been meaning to try this for a while having been a big fan of cornerstone. This is an oyster bar but still has a menu with mains to follow the oysters if you wish. The oysters are thecstar of the show here. Unfortunately the larger main dishes don't quite live up to the standard. The bun with crab was nice but very little crab flavour. The cod and octopus was good the cod cooked perfectly. Most disappointing was the ray wing, a dish I was really looking forward too this having been one of the highlights at cornerstone. The fish was nicely cooked but the sauce was so rich and overpowering it ruined it for me. Whilst not particularly pricey it's also not cheap. Our bill with wine came to 300. First time I've left one of Tom's restaurants disappointed. Maybe just an off day with the over rich sauces I hope so.

Every dish was good, but their Gilda with martini shot was kind of genius.
