I visited Pardis with my friends on Eid, and we were truly impressed by both the food and the warm hospitality. The experience was outstanding, especially after a disappointing visit to another restaurant earlier that day. Pardis turned things around for us completely. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Be sure to try their Kebabs and lamb chops; they’re absolutely delicious!

Ordered lots of starters and mains but they kicked me out because I was £20 under the minimum amount you need to pay. I had ordered £107 worth of food and they wanted me to pay more. They never told me there was a minimum amount to pay . The staff were very rude to me and the manager was extremely rude. They claim they are a very Islamic restaurant but a true Muslim would never do that. The restaurant had plenty of tables available as we called 20minutes prior to arriving and made a telephone booking. They stated the table was free and no further bookings until 9:15 when they needed the table back on a Sunday evening. They also took our order and said nothing at the time. The “manager /owner” then came 5/10 mins after the order was taken! Then tried to say it was all completely on board and legal. It took her a good few minutes to find the so called disclaimer hidden in tiny font at the bottom of the menu to make her point, “it’s on the menu”. Nothing to be said of the fact that her own staff failed to make clear upon booking VIA telephone. They need to train their own staff better. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by an ill mannered and rude woman.
