Lovely food, no chips or pawn crackers but plenty of food

The dim sum is very high quality, commensurate to the best dim sum restaurants in Hong Kong, we are pretty impressed. The Har Gao is fresh, spring roll is crispy and full of fillings. The fried noodle is chunky and serve in large portion. The only drawback is the tripe 牛肚 is not very fresh and a bit fishy. But overall we are happy and enjoy the food.
