Decent dishes, even if the portions are a little small. Fish congee and satay beef were good as were the pigs ears and tendons. Service was nice and welcoming and I'd be happy to come back

Walked in expecting a simple meal, walked out feeling like I’d been spoiled. First off — major props to the service here, and extra points to the boss for being so generous. The crab porridge? A whole Blue Swimmer Crab in there. None of that “just a sprinkle” nonsense — we’re talking the real deal. Sweet, fresh, full of flavour. Only thing is, the texture’s on the lighter side, so if you like it thick and hearty, keep that in mind. Tried their new dessert — plum sauce tomatoes. Sounds odd? Trust me, they’re ridiculously refreshing, a little tangy, and apparently a limited-time thing. Consider them the seasonal celebrity guest star of the menu. Oh, and here’s where I almost fell off my chair: All lo mein dishes are £8.90 right now. Total steal. Went for the spicy beef brisket lo mein — not crazy hot, just nicely warm with flavour. Noodles lean a bit on the soft side, so springy-noodle purists, remember to ask for them firmer. The beef tendon stew? Comfort in a bowl. Rich flavour, warm and satisfying. Honestly a perfect sidekick to the noodles. Dessert time again — taro pudding. Big portion, creamy and filling. Personally, I could only handle one piece… maaaybe two if I was feeling reckless. Bottom line: This place gives you good quality, tasty food at prices that make you do a double-take. My score? A solid 4.5+/5.

5 stars to the service and to the generosity of the boss! The crab porridge uses a whole high quality Blue Swimmer Crab (known as flower crab)🦀; very flavorful, just a bit lack of dense texture. New dessert the plum source tomatoes are refreshing and lovely, a bit sour, they are limited edition. All low main are in reduced price £8.9. What a bargain! Tried spicy beef brisket low main (not too spicy), flavorful, noodles taste a bit mushy, if you’re a fan of springy noodles, definitely ask for it! The beef tender stew is great! Tasty (they only have warm version) A great sides to the noodles haha The dessert taro is great!! Generous amount for me. I can only have 1 maximum 2 Overall, 4.7 to the cheap price but good quality and tasteful food!!
