The manager at Oxford Circus was superb in service recovery. I had tried various ways to contact Ole & Steen head office without success but when he heard what I was trying to achieve he resolved it straight away. Superb customer service and the staff at this store are friendly too. Only problem is local restaurants buy up all the bread so customers are left without any
