I purchased a whole social today as we had some guest over and always a bit of a crowd pleaser. Really surprised when the lady picked up a piece, then proceeded to cutting the 2 ends off on either side, quite big pieces and then throwing it in the bin! I personally think it’s good wastage, I would have been happen to have the extra instead of it going to waste. The social I got turned out to be a bit dry and crispy on top!
