I couldn’t find coffee in London that compared with our third wave coffees in California but one of the best flat whites I had in London was at Nostos and Hideaway Coffee House. Also why is coffee so small and so expensive in London?

Okay, you just have to get the freeze distilled flat white because it beats any other white coffee I have ever tasted in my life. The milk that they use is heavenly - the freeze distillation makes the milk alone so rich and umami that reminds you of a really succulent chowder. It is honestly magical how they can extract such bright and colourful notes from the coffee beans. The rose and lychee notes blossom in the mouth. It is expensive, but for something like this, it is worth every penny.

Checked in today at 10 a.m. to try their vegan options. I asked the handsome Asian guy for vegan sweets, and he gave me two choices, recommending one of them. However, the bake was not fresh and chewy. Positive: the guy, prices, nice shop, location Negative: food was not fresh, no allergens on display, no dietary option displayed
