How lucky are we to have Maya's bakehouse as our local bakery! We are here at least once a week for one of our favourites: increadibly creamy basque cheesecake, almond cookie, cinammon bun or a guiness cake. My absolute favourite is a miso & sesame cookie, which is not a regular on the menu, but every time I see it I know I will be getting it and my day is made :) The breads are also fantastic - we've tried the dense rye bread and a sundried tomato & dill (goes well with soft cheese, tomatos and basil on top). The staff is always friendly and the place always smells amazing, which isn't a surprise. I wish I could attach some pictures but the truth is we don't think of such things when such lovely treats are on our plates to go with our coffee. Keep up the amazing work, Maya & Team!

A friend brought me a chocolate chip cookie from Mayas and OMG it was the best one I’ve ever tasted! Amazing. I’m actually scared to go in person as might have to eat everything 🫣🤣
