We recently celebrated our wedding lunch at the Manicomio in Chelsea and I can honestly say it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable afternoon. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind—making every guest feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the celebration. And the food… wow. Every course was a masterpiece of traditional Italian flavours, presented with elegance and care and the perfectly cooked mains, each bite was a celebration in itself. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our wedding lunch. Manicomio Chelsea gave us and our guests memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional service, and a truly romantic setting—this is the place. Grazie mille to the entire team for making our day so magical!

My wife and I had our wedding lunch in the Conservatory room at the weekend and we cannot recommend Manicomio highly enough. The room was lovely, bright, and private. The food was delicious with good portion sizes which pleased everyone. Finally, the staff were fantastic and incredibly welcoming, always with a smile on their faces and clearly enjoying themselves as we celebrated. Would highly recommend Manicomio for lunch or dinner, but particularly for an event.

yet again the entitled, spoilt Chelsea teenagers ruined our evening. The badly behaved dog barking constantly followed by the laughter of the young boys and girls. However the absolute spot on service from Judith and the great food is very much appreciated. We will be back Thank you Royce
