Ordered a box of cookies and very happy with the purchase - great value for money and good ingredients (no palm oil and margarine which I prefer to avoid) and no additives. The cookies are perfectly sweet. I find other brands a bit too sickly. Each cookie is individually packed and the box is very pretty. The order arrived quickly in a sealed bag. Will order them again 💗

When I ordered online from Hype the order ended up being messed up by UPS and taken to the wrong location a day late and left in a bad location, despite Hype having sent the cookies on time to arrive fresh the first day. After letting Hype know customer service were really helpful and sent a new box and refunded me the old box. Really impressed with customer service (and the cookies are good too).
