I visited this food kiosk in Hounslow Market by mistake because it has a similar name to another chain in Ilford called Hot Birdies. The menu is very lackluster, but very effective if you're a fussy eater. I went for their fillet sandwich and combo meal which was decent. I probably wouldn't come here again in the future, but these are my positives and criticisms below. Positives - The burger was well seasoned I liked that they don't cut the bun all the way through when placing the fillet so everything isn't so messy when eating. - The waffle fries were my favourite part of the meal they were very crisp, fresh and not greasy which is very rare to come across these days. - I like that they provide gloves, at first when I looked inside my takeaway bag I mistook them for hand wipes, packaging could be improved because they also look similar to a condom packet. - Service was honest, polite amd professional they give you a ticket with your food order on it. Criticisms - I didn't like the hot bird sauce as it has pieces of chilli in it which was very unpleasant at times when eating the fries it made my mouth burn, the sauce should be smooth without any pieces and they could have also added a honey sauce like other chains like Dave's Hot Chicken do. - It's hard to get seating sometimes as the market is very busy.
