We ordered the singapore style vermicelli (recommended by the cashier), beef with black bean sauce, and salt and pepper chips, and curry sauce. We are tourists (from Japan/Hong Kong/US) and were very curious about British style Chinese food — we honestly were very skeptical but Hong Tin blew us away. The food was packed with flavour and spice. We got takeaway but the outdoor seating looked nice too.
