Ordered a ham and cheese baguette today and the ham looked grey and smelled off. I mentioned it to the staff, but they seemed surprised and insisted it was fresh. They offered to waive the cost, but I wasn’t trying to get a freebie—just wanted to point out the issue. Ended up getting another baguette that was fine, but this wasn’t the first time I’ve had a strange experience here. Not sure I’ll be coming back. The same employee also made a snarky comment implying I had no money insinuating that to heat the baguette is more expensive. Having now seen the reviews myself it seems fitting I will avoid this place forever . The Greggs in my high street is 100x times better

I’d like to share some feedback about my recent visit. I came in to order some fries but was told they were unavailable. I then asked for just a Margherita pizza. However, the staff member who served it to me did so with a very unfriendly facial expression — as if I had come into their home and asked them for a personal favour. I believe management should pay more attention to how staff communicate with customers. A friendly attitude and basic respect should be the minimum standard for customer service.
