I’ve been a regular customer at Greggs, buying coffee almost every day, but I’ve never had a good experience at this store. Yesterday my friend told me that downloading the Greggs app would give me a free drink, so I tried it. At first, the staff told me it was only for a pastry; I explained that I thought it could be used for a drink and waited. He eventually gave me the coffee, but the rude attitude and the way he made me feel unwelcome completely ruined the experience. It’s not about the freebie—I happily pay for my coffee daily—it’s about the lack of respect and terrible customer service. I also have a slight hearing difficulty, and instead of being patient, the staff made the situation worse. Looking at other reviews, I can see many people have faced the same issue at this store. Yesterday was the last time I’ll ever get a Greggs coffee, and I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.

Consistently miserable and unfriendly staff. It always seems being served here is a privilege. The staff regularly give the impression that its a chore to serve you. I can't remember the last time a member of staff at this Greggs said 'please or thank you'. Please be better, youre making my bean n cheese sour.
