Usually get a superb service here but on this occasion, I ordered 30mins in advance expecting that when I arrived, I would just pick up my order and go, like I usually do. But I had to wait a while in a queue. When I approached the counter, nothing was prepared. So had to wait a while again. When I asked the other staff member to get me something additional she said no, her other colleague is serving me! I then continued to wait even longer. When I got my order, I did not get everything I ordered and was unable to return back to sort it. So I am now left out of pocket for something I never got. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to return.
