I stop by the Greggs in West Ealing about once a month, and overall it’s a solid spot for a quick bite. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and handle busy times with a smile, which makes a big difference. The baked goods and hot food are consistently fresh and satisfying — classic Greggs quality. However, I do find the coffee here quite disappointing. It lacks depth and flavour compared to other places nearby. That said, the great service from the team makes up for it, and I’ll definitely keep coming back for the food and the warm atmosphere.

Such a lovely experience in Greggs. I have consistently good experiences with the staff here. Particular shout out to Joshua for his customer service skills, warm and friendly disposition. The vegan sausage roll is yummy 😋 would be liked by even non-vegans.
