Okay but some of the staff at the till don't have customer service skills. Also quite often I walk past here and none of the savoury food is available because they are always running out. I don't think this small store size is fit for the area anymore.

These people literally have ruined Greggs for me. Whenever I come to England, I I get the steak bake but it’s always cold. It would be a good sales pitch if you informed customers how long it’s been on display and if more than 20 mins offer to make fresh batch. You are literally ruining the whole Greggs’ experience

Constantly witnessed local druggies stealing food and spitting everywhere. The staff are superb putting customers at rest. I witnessed more thief than customers
