These people literally have ruined Greggs for me. Whenever I come to England, I I get the steak bake but it’s always cold. It would be a good sales pitch if you informed customers how long it’s been on display and if more than 20 mins offer to make fresh batch. You are literally ruining the whole Greggs’ experience

Avoid. Terrible service today by this lady Despite me apologising after expressing i hadn't heard her calling me next in the queue(I’ve been partially deaf for 20+ years), she displayed an appalling attitude, proceeded to start shouting at me and shouting bye. It’s common practice in customer-facing roles for staff to wear name badges. This lady was not. I asked for her name so i could submit a complaint and she refused multiple times. Extremely disgusted in the staff this greggs branch is hiring!!
