Beyond poor, arrived here at 10.45 to ask for an omelette baguette that was advertised on their screens and breakfast available to 11.00am asked the assistant for this and was grunted at "what?", I replied "an omlette in a baguette please". To be grunted at again with two words "no breakfast". I asked why they were advertising it and the fact it wasn't 11am yet to be told "breakfast finished". I thought I was actually being pranked at that time but no, I asked what else they could do and got told "no". Beyond poor customer service and the communication skills of the average house brick. Greggs is generally great value and great service this one is an absolute joke and staff need training. I would advise you avoid.
