Gaucho's delivered on great food, but it was our waiter, Josh, who truly made the evening special. About a month ago, he provided an exceptional level of service that we wanted to specifically acknowledge. Josh was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. He went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience like asking us if we would like a more comfortable seat, bringing out the meats to help us choose, explained the taste profile of the cocktails etc. To celebrate our anniversary, he also thoughtfully asked about our dessert preferences and surprised us with a small, complimentary treat. He's an outstanding waiter, and we hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Josh
