The food was very delicious, and we ate upstairs. Unfortunately, I had one unpleasant experience. I went to use the restroom, but there was no sign indicating that it was for staff only. I entered and used it, and then a staff member came in and spoke to me quite rudely, saying that it was a staff toilet and that I was not allowed to go in. I fully understand that it should not be used by guests, but the door was not locked, nor was there any sign displayed. Afterwards, she sent me out and locked the door. I felt that her tone and attitude were not appropriate towards me, especially since it should have been her responsibility to either lock the room or clearly mark it as staff only. 😞

Exceptional customer care from, not only the gentleman I presume is the manager, but from across the whole team. Add to this the usual Five Guys quality, and the most iconic backdrop in London. Highly recommended!
