Very good first impression. Nice welcome from the manager. Great energy was shown from the barista who looked so happy and polite. I was very impressed with him and his attitude. He made a quick chat with me about the weather etc. The decor is another level. Very nice colours. We enjoyed staying upstairs. We had 2 iced drinks and an almond croissant, which was a little bit dry not sure why but it was not a big issue. In general very good experience.

Hate how slow they are. Whenever I go in and ask for bread, I like to look at other posible snacks. But they don't let me, they just stand there and stare at me until I pay...then they slice the bread. I'd have probably bought other things if I'd been given the time to have a gander at other tasty treats. Also what the hell kind of sloppy slicing is this. May as well have stomped it in the bag with your foot!🤣
