Terrible! Parecia que estaba cerrado, no funcionaban los congeladores, ni la maquina italiana de helado, ni habia cucuruchos de chocolate… los helados nos los sirvieron a escondidas. Increible que una franquicia que era una pasada de vergüenza. Entro otra clienta y nos pregunto si el local estaba abierto; el camarero estaba dentro haciendo nuestros helados, que por el precio que tuvieron y la calidad y el servicio mejor comprarlos en el Tesco

I asked for the menus the rude server just rolled his eyes and pointed at the menus when I asked to order he told me I have to go over at the counter to order so I did I asked for a waffle and strawberries with whipped cream which they charged £1 for whipped cream on the side and he barely put any in the side then I asked for cheesecake and rainbow cake this was my child’s birthday and we are very disappointed please work on this creams Finsbury
