Fishworks is a practical, welcoming spot that shines for its fresh seafood. The fish was exceptionally fresh, the prawns well-seasoned, and the classic pairing of proper chips (not fries) with fish was a delight. Service was warm and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. This isn’t necessarily the place to go when you’re absolutely starving, but if you’re after quality seafood prepared with care, it’s a solid choice. One drawback: the fish was served with more bones than expected. While this didn’t ruin the meal, it did take away from the otherwise smooth experience. With a bit more attention in preparation, this could easily be avoided and would lift the restaurant to an even higher standard.
