Food and drinks were great and staff was nice, but not very good service otherwise. Got one drink and then waited about 10 minutes for our others , then our mains were seemingly forgotten about as they finally came out after asking about when they were coming (after waiting about half an hour past our starter finishing). Just a bit disappointing as it was my mom’s birthday.

Food was very good and tasty. Service really wasn’t as good as Soho branch. No welcome upon entry. Were forgotten so after 20mins had to ask if we could order. No asking if we wanted more drinks or check back. No more than 12 customers in, and 3 staff yet service very slow. Decor on stairs and toilets very tired and needing attention.

There are a lot of good offers on mains. But i fear standards are slipping slightly. Beware the éclair which was awful and appeared to have been over chilled
