Great freindly staff. They seemed overworked and didn't have time to keep the customer area clean, but that's not the fault of them as it was extremely busy, but they kept smiling. It's not too overpriced considering where it is. Disabled access was terrible when we visited as the lift broke, as did the escalator again just one of those days. Normally, it would be fine. Coffee was really nice. Seating is communal and limited, so we did have to stand, unfortunately. It's a lovely station but very busy most of the time, so if you struggle with crowds, then avoid peak travel. The announcement kept saying lots of bag theft had taken place, so just be mindful of that.
