Came here for a couple hours whilst waiting for my partner, quick service as it wasn't busy. One lady on the till and doing food whilst another was making the drinks and asked for my drink order. Afterwards 2 more staff members joined the shift and helped to restock and clean tables. Seemed organised and worked well together, even though the first two ladies were visibly very tired they were friendly enough. The coffee was okay but will definitely order a small next time so I can taste the coffee more. Quite pricey too for a coffee and sandwich

It was busy, but the staff managed the queue well with one of them asking people in the queue if they wanted a hot drink so that by the time I got to the till it was ready. There is some pleasant and relaxing seating even though it is right by the main entrance to the hospital.
