I love this place, and the combo of bakery/patisserie and falafel stand has a quirky charm all its own. The falafel is yum. I live locally and pass by there often. I would give them five stars just for the quality of the bread and pastries, but the production is hit and miss - the bread is sometimes warm and fresh from the oven (and amazing), but sometimes tastes a day old, and sometimes somewhere in-between. I am not in favour of waste, so it's fine if you want to sell off your stock, but you can't charge the same price for day-old bread, or market it as fresh on the same shelf, especially when you charge almost £3 for a small baguette. Bread depreciates fast. Even when I go by there around the same time in the evening, it's hit and miss. I would shop there a lot more if it was more consistent.

One of my favourite places on Chatsworth Road. Breakfast/brunch is really nice. For lunch you have the falafel wraps/boxes that are great, or the dish of the day which is always a reasonably healthy lunchtime option. I’ve had the five bean chilli, the Dahl, and the seabass, and all has been delicious.

Lovely very kind staff who accommodated all my questions (and some annoying requests)! Greeted with a smile - absolutely gorgeous bread and coffee. Gorgeous setting and so many options for vegans too xxx
