Really good pastries but I've been few times and never had a warm welcome from the staff. They almost look annoyed that they have to get up and serve you. Never a smile, or even a "Hi! What can i get for you?". Also, I always come with a baby in the pram and not even once they offered to help carry the order or bring it to the table. I'd understand if it was busy but whenever I go there it's mid morning and there are probably just a voiple people already served, sitting and working. And I worked in a bakery for almost 3 years so it's not that I don't know how customer service works.

Amazing array of baked goods and brilliant vegan range including croissants and cinnamon buns. I come every week for their matcha lattes. Everyone I know loves Charles
