I visited tecently and had a quick meeting with a friend to sign some paperwork. We had a cup of coffee that was very ordinary and quite expensive. It was just a standard white coffee or Americano. I wanted hot milk and the server huffed and puffed over my request preferring to just put cold milk in my coffee. The cinnamon roll was dry and not quite burnt, but crumbly and too flaky. I can't in all honesty recommend this place, but it seems to be popular with lots of people sitting for hours on their computers.

Having been a customer here on and off for maybe ten years, I have to say, the staff here are so bloody miserable. Smile!!! Be nice to your customers. Look like you want to be here. Acknowledge people when they're stood waiting. Don't get me wrong you get a similar experience in most of retail these days, but it never ceases to amaze me how miserable people can be at work!
