This Caffè Nero is a fantastic spot right in the heart of Canary Wharf. The cafe is in Jubilee place mall, not outside. The staff are always super efficient, which is a lifesaver when you're on a quick coffee break, and they manage to stay friendly and professional even during the busiest rush hours. The coffee is consistently excellent, as you'd expect from Caffè Nero. What I particularly love about this branch is the atmosphere. It's a great place to people-watch, grab a seat to catch up on emails, or meet with a colleague. It's a comfortable and welcoming escape from the fast-paced city outside. A perfect go-to spot for a quality coffee in the Wharf!

A slight dissapointment - the Nero cafe you see on most pictures here doesn't exist at this location anymore. Instead, on a different location in the building (the station level, down the escalators) you have cafe Nero Express - basically an extended coffee stand you see on various stations, and with a limited menu. So they should've labelled it "Nero Express" really. Only one or two small tables to sit there. Nevertheless, the staff working here are good, kind and service professional. Anyway, macchiato still tastes very good :-) !

Staff were friendly and helpful. Came on a Sunday. I'd definitely come back to this one. It's pretty small and tucked away in a corner, so you could easily miss it. The only thing I wish is they had more cold non-coffee items on the regular menu eg why ice latte but not ice chocolate? These days seems like it's not catering to kids or very inclusive for people who can't, don't or looking to minimise caffeine. This is why insomnia is such a big problem these days! Having said that, the staff are so accommodating and that's why I'd recommend it here. Though staff at most Neros are generally pretty good.
