I always have a fantastic experience at Caffè Nero, and a huge part of that is thanks to Maria. She is absolutely amazing at her job—always welcoming with a big smile and such a positive attitude. Her customer service is outstanding, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every visit feels special. It’s rare to come across someone who brings so much warmth and genuine care to their work, but Maria does it effortlessly. She’s a true asset to the team and makes Caffè Nero an even better place to visit.

Maria and Principia are so lovely! I had a nice coffee and sat down inside and I can tell they're the stars of the place by how everyone knows them! They even remember the drinks of regulars and that makes it so much more special. They're gems. 🥰

The two ladies who work here in the morning are just wonderful- friendly, efficient, and cheerful. They take the time to chat to and get to know their regulars - when I stop to get a coffee on the way to work, no matter what kind of commute I’ve had (and it’s a long one!) I always come out with a smile on my face. Thank you for your service - it’s so far beyond anywhere else I get coffee!
