This is a pleasant Caffe Nero branch close to Warren Street underground and often busy in the morning for people's pick me ups. Toilets are specifically for customers, but have spotted a few sneak in without buying anything. Did have one lady with hijab who I don't think was based at this branch take one order by me and was asking questions on the drink I had ordered, as if I do not know how to order. I've never had so many questions my way on a Matcha drink. The other baristas never asked me this much questions. It was just a standard hot drink with soy milk but this particular barista who was probably covering for someone had this condescending tone. Apart from that experience, I've seen most of the regular baristas provide a good service to customers coming in.

A big thank you to the lovely Barista Yukta for taking such good care of us. Great place to kick back and relax. Lots of comfortable seating at the back and plenty of space.
