Our barista was extraordinarily polite, pleasant, and generous. I regret not catching her name to specifically reference her excellent service, but she was working the evening of August 24th, 2025. She prepared an iced Bailey’s latte and gave a recommendation to add hazelnut to an iced chai latte, both drinks were fantastic. I wish we had Cafe Nero in Texas!
