I am addicted to the gluten free bread, the texture, the taste, love the subtle olive oil flavour, makes it perfect for toasting. It’s very light on the digestion too. I go through 2, sometimes 3 a week and am not happy if they sell out before I get my fix. 👏🏻 well done baker.
