I usually love Blank Street and always enjoy the coffee and overall vibe. This was my first time visiting this particular branch, and while the quality of the drinks was great as expected, I was disappointed with how unfriendly the staff were. I understand everyone can have an off day, but the experience felt a bit cold and unwelcoming. Hoping it was just a one-time thing, because I genuinely love the brand and the concept.

Went there about 2 days ago and ordered my coffee, i asked the black girl with the curly hair whats their matcha price and she answered me with 0 interest and rolled her eyes. Interactions like that absolutely downgraded the place for me. That girl needs help she clearly got some issues lol. Never going back to that branch because it seems this happened to some people.
