Great customer service, my points wasn’t working properly and we wanted to use our free points and a lovely employee called Emily gave us our drink for free even with the issues. Would highly recommend this Blank Street.

I’ve gone to many blank streets in london and the chalk farm one is by far the best in flavour and CUSTOMER SERVICE!! the most friendly, kind and happy staff I have encountered! they are so understanding when you are unsure what you want ! Recently they didnt have any coffee drinks and let us know in in such a kind manner and helped me decide on an alternative! In particular shoutout LYDIA!! she was so kind and made my day
