I think food is good and good price cute place. However been there many times with several times and everyone noticed the employees just not nice. Zero customer service. each time we go they are grumpy and not nice. customer service training is a MUST for them. culturally they different. go and do another job then. also have witnessed many times the last 8 months since been going there they “lie about the toilet being out of order” ITS ILLEGAL! Intentionally lying about the restroom being "out of order" could be considered a deceptive business practice under consumer protection laws. people can’t wash their hands etc I give this as a genuine and constructive criticism,but if you not changing on this urgently you not leaving me choice then gotta report to local health department or consumer affairs office !

Wonderful to see BIBI’s in Golden Square. I frequently visited the old location in Covent Garden. The salads are amazing, all freshly made on the day and vegan friendly. I had the small salad with Halloumi.

The food is always 10/10 such good portions and the freshest food and salad. But one staff member here is always very unkind and has a very scary aura
