Wonderful meal at Bancone last night. The food and service superb but the jewel in the crown is Eden. She is a warm and welcoming host. She was kind, attentive, looked after us from booking to bill and nothing was too much trouble. Overall, though, one star knocked off for an infuriatingly complex booking system and the fact that Bancone simply don't answer the phone. Sort that out and, with Eden front of house, you have a pretty perfect restaurant.
