Bakery 4 is my go-to spot every week (Wednesday to Sunday). They have the best sourdough in London, hands down. The pastries are equally amazing, you can truly taste the quality of the ingredients. They use wholegrain flour from Hodmedod, and their investment in such premium produce shows that the owner-baker knows exactly what he’s doing, crafting everything with love and dedication.
