Wieczorną porą trzeba było czekać w kolejce na stolik. To, co się na nim pojawiło, nie wyglądało wystrzałowo, lecz było wybitnie przygotowane. Makaron tak jakby został nasączony serem i składnikami, a brytfanka zawierała idealnie wypieczoną lazankę. Ci Londyńczycy nie muszą pytać Włochów, bo wiedzą o ich kuchni więcej niż Rzymianie czy Mediolańczycy.
